This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect
We collect only what you give us:
Contact form. Your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message, so we can respond to your inquiry.
Newsletter signup. Your email address, so we can send you our newsletter.
Server logs. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) in server logs used for security and operations.
This Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. All fonts and assets are served from our own domain; visiting the Site sends no requests to third-party services.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We use newsletter emails to send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we never sell or rent your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it on our behalf
Form submissions are handled by a small set of service providers that act on our instructions: Railway (our hosting provider, which stores server logs), Telegram (which delivers form-submission notifications to us), and Google (Gmail) (which may deliver form submissions to our inbox). Each receives only what is needed to deliver your message to us.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and subscriber information only as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it to us, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to keep it. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your choices
Newsletter. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed at any time.
Access and deletion. Email info@newtwelve.com and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor these requests as a matter of practice for everyone, regardless of where you live.
Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across websites, this Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; there is nothing to turn off.
Visitors outside the United States
We are a US business and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where EU/UK law applies to a submission, our lawful basis is your consent (you chose to contact us or subscribe) and our legitimate interest in responding; you may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time using the contact details above.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses and adults, not to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to a minimum.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes that affect how we handle information you already gave us will be communicated by email where we have one for you.
