Walk the house and add items room by room. Each room shows what’s left, so nobody digs through one long list.

Text one link to the homeowner, the designer and the subs. They add and check off items from their phones with no app and no account. A view-only link covers lenders and inspectors.

Snap the scuff or the missing cover plate right on the item. Photos shrink on the phone first, so they upload on one bar of signal.

Walkthrough PDF and sign-off

Print a clean checklist by room with signature lines, or save it as a PDF. When every item is done, the homeowner signs off and their name and the date stay on the list.

Questions

Who needs an invite?

Only the person who starts a list. Everyone you share it with opens the link and gets to work, with no invite and no account.

Who can see and change my list?

Anyone with the edit link can add, change and check off items. Anyone with the view-only link can look but can’t change anything. Both links are long random codes that can’t be guessed, and list pages are hidden from search engines. Share them only with people on the job.

Can I delete a list?

Yes. Open the list with its edit link, go to More, and choose Delete this list. You type the project name to confirm. That removes the list, its photos and both links for good.

What if someone deletes an item by mistake?

Every delete comes with an Undo button, and the activity feed shows who changed what.

Does everyone need to download an app?

No. It runs in the web browser on any phone or computer. If you use it every day, add it to your home screen.

What if I lose signal on site?

Your changes wait on your phone and save as soon as you’re back online. Photos need a connection to upload.
